Great item for my sonFeb 27, 2010 My son first saw one of these at a family members house in Germany and was hooked ever since. This year we decided to get him one for Christmas and without a doubt a big hit for him. Always something new to look at when we walk into his room. A couple of the pins were slightly bent and wouldn't always retract when tipping it upside down but that was easily fixed with some pliers now they all word like they should.
fun for all agesFeb 03, 2010 I bought this for my four year old grandson who saw it in a store and loved it. It was a great hit with everyone at Christmas but children need to be cautioned about putting it on their noses as it is prickly.
Adults like to have fun too!Jan 08, 2010 My husband was given the pinart as a gift and accidentally knocked it off the shelf. He really enjoyed changing the impressions in the pin art. He was thrilled to have a replacement art piece. Every few days he changes it and he really loves it, and I enjoy seeing his creativity. Sometimes adults like to play too!!!

Smaller than I thoughtOct 06, 2009 It was smaller than I thought for being called Large Pin Art Toy. But everyone at the party loved it - the birthday boy hardly got to play with it till later. We've had people of all ages fascinated with this toy.
NiceAug 29, 2009 It's great, and a very cool display/toy.
The way you get the best impression of something is if you tip it so all the pins go forward, then tip it back over onto whatever shape you're trying to get, and carefully move it upright to take it off and keep the shape.
Just be careful not to let the thing (is there a better way to describe the object? heh) drop off any ledges... One of the corners of the black plastic (and the round piece connecting that corner to the clear plastic) broke off after we accidentally knocked it off a four-foot bookshelf a few times (that was onto carpet). But the rest of it still stayed together, so it was okay.
